Sidley Austin LLP is seeking qualified candidates with 3+ years of experience to join its Energy, Transportation & Infrastructure practice as an energy/infrastructure transactional associate. Sidley is open to hiring candidates for this role in our New York, DC, Los Angeles, and Houston offices; candidates should apply to their office of interest.

The position entails representing sponsors, developers, investors, financial institutions, and other market participants in renewable and energy transition finance and M&A transactions. Candidates should have experience in project finance and tax equity transactions in the U.S. renewables and power sector and/or energy project development experience, including negotiation of material project agreements (e.g., PPA, EPC, O&M, etc.).
