Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.Operate, monitor, and adjust crushing equipment to ensure safe and efficient production.
Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to keep equipment running reliably.
Support material handling activities, including loading, stockpiling, and clean-up.
Identify and communicate equipment or safety issues promptly.
Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment or industrial machinery.
Strong attention to detail with the capability to monitor equipment performance.
Comfortable working in a physically demanding, outdoor, and fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals.
