Job Description
A leading European engineering and construction partner, specialising in data centre delivery, is seeking an Energy Marshall to join its team based in Northern Europe.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall energy isolation programme on site for MEP energy systems. This role ensures all activities related to the energy isolation process are coordinated and executed according to established policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
•Develop and implement the site energy control strategy.
•Manage the safe energisation and de-energisation of all electrical systems (LV/MV/HV) in line with permits and switching schedules.
•Lead and chair daily/weekly energy control meetings, ensuring coordination across internal teams and subcontractors.
•Prepare and validate switching plans, method statements, and risk assessments for all electrical works.
