Job Description
- Develop and implement remediation plans to resolve vulnerabilities identified through scans and assessments.
- Maintain current knowledge of emerging vulnerabilities, threats, and exploit techniques relevant to endpoints and operating systems.
- Ensure compliance with internal security policies and industry standards (e.g., CIS, NIST, ISO 27001).
- Collaborate with IT operations, system admins, and security teams to deploy patches, mitigate risks, and validate fixes.
- Perform root cause analysis and identify long-term solutions for recurring endpoint vulnerabilities.
- Track, manage, and report on vulnerability findings and remediation progress through dashboards and detailed reports.
- Use and optimize vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7) for endpoint assessments.
