NTT DATA North America is seeking an IT Endpoint Management Specialist to support software deployments, patches, and security on employee devices in Ciudad de México. You will manage Active Directory lifecycle and enforce Group Policies, while ensuring policy compliance and rapid resolution of incidents at Level 2 support.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong Windows OS knowledge, and the A+ certification.
