- End-user support for desktops, printers, and scanners attached to the domain. - Anti-virus updates.
- Event log checks.
- Disk space monitoring.
- Resource monitoring.
- Drive defragmentation.
- Hardware performance testing
- Operating system maintenance - updates/service packs/security patches. - Bug fixes.
