Roles & Responsibilities

  • Remote Desktop Management: Assist users with day-to-day application issues, providing troubleshooting support across different OS platforms and maintaining effective communication.
  • Application Deployment: Deploy and troubleshoot applications using deployment tools such as SCCM, Altiris, Marimba, or similar.
  • Printer Management: Troubleshoot and resolve printer-related issues.
  • Antivirus Management: Implement and manage antivirus policies, perform remediation, and handle vendor interactions.
  • VPN Administration: Understand VPN concepts, perform troubleshooting, and support users with VPN connectivity.
  • Patch Management: Understand patching concepts and assist with patch deployment using appropriate tools.
