Job Description

Our client in the IT industry is currently looking for an End User Computing Tier 2 Support Engineer, in Rosebank.
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional service to internal and external clients.
  • Respond to clients within SLA.
  • Provide regular updates to clients with regards to incident updates.
  • Apple Technology Support.
  • Support and maintenance of hardware and software (Desktop; Laptop; Servers)
  • Installing, Configuring and Installation of Microsoft OS, OS Services.
  • Microsoft Server Technologies support:
  • Active Directory.
  • DHCP/DNS (intermediate understanding and configuration)
  • Exchange online/Office 365.
  • Group policies understanding and configuration.
  • VPN.
  • Any RMM application like Ninja or Manage Engine Desktop Central.
  • Ensure that issues are resolved in line with the company's processes and policies.
