Job Description

+ End user computing engineering operations, 3rd level incident escalations, desktop platform engineering, tools and services.
+ Comfortable working in a very large global environment
+ Leads by example and demonstrates leadership in an enterprise end user computing engineering and support organization. Able to work with minimal supervision.
+ Excellent client focus and understanding of client needs
+ Excellent communicator with the ability to translate technical terms into layman’s terms.
+ Responds to requests for technical assistance using the ticket system, in person and remote
+ Senior level Windows 11 Enterprise/ M365/ application desktop engineering, maintenance, troubleshooting and problem resolution
+ Senior level Apple Mac OS desktop / application engineering, maintenance, troubleshooting and problem resolution
+ Senior level Jamf enterprise Apple device management and security
