We are looking for an End User Computing (EUC) L1 Engineer for an immediate full-time opportunity in Lisbon, Portugal. The engineer will provide first-level IT support and ensure smooth end-user operations.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Provide L1 desktop and end-user support

* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues

* Install, configure, and maintain laptops/desktops

* Support MS Office and Windows environment

* Handle basic network troubleshooting

* Ticket handling and user coordination

* Escalate issues to L2/L3 teams when required

*Requirements:*

* Experience in EUC / Desktop Support (L1)
