Job Description

This role is fundamentally responsible for guaranteeing expeditious request and incident resolution through highly efficient triage protocols, structured escalation pathways, and rigorous root cause analysis. A core objective is achieving robust platform integration across the diverse EUC technology stack to eliminate operational silos and enhance data fluidity.
Minimum Qualifications
At least 4 years experience in End User Computing support and administration
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or any 4-year related course
ITIL V4 foundation, Microsoft Professional and VMWare Professional Certifications Other industry Certifications/Trainings on specific IT technologies/platforms (i.e Azure/AWS/GCP) are a plus but not required
