Job Description

Job Requirements :
  • A diploma or degree in Computer Studies or Information Technology
  • Candidates with 3 years of helpdesk support experience will be preferred. Fresh graduates with relevant skillsets may also be considered
  • Basic operating knowledge on Windows Server Operating System will be added advantage
  • Strong customer service skills with a knack for problem solving.
  • An aptitude for acquiring new skills and knowledge
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work on multiple assignments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of Windows 10 OS, Active Directory, Office 365 (Teams, Sharepoint Online, OneDrive), file and print infrastructure
  • Working knowledge of LAN/WAN infrastructure and iOS and Android devices
  • Be a team player, demonstrating shared responsibility and accountability with other team members
