Job Requirements : A diploma or degree in Computer Studies or Information Technology Candidates with 3 years of helpdesk support experience will be preferred. Fresh graduates with relevant skillsets may also be considered Basic operating knowledge on Windows Server Operating System will be added advantage Strong customer service skills with a knack for problem solving.
