End User Computing (EUC) Engineer – Intune, ConfigMgr, VDI & AI Automation
The End User Computing (EUC) Engineer is responsible for designing, engineering, and operating a secure, scalable, and modern endpoint and virtual desktop environment using Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager (ConfigMgr), and enterprise VDI platforms. This role supports both physical and virtual endpoints, ensuring a consistent, high-quality digital employee experience across devices and access models.
The position requires deep technical expertise in Windows and Mac endpoint management, VDI engineering, application delivery, patching, and security, along with hands-on experience applying AI-enabled automation and analytics to improve reliability, reduce operational overhead, and proactively resolve issues.
This is a senior , hands-on role that serves as a technical authority and escalation point while mentoring others and driving continuous improvement
