End-Point Technology Lead

What you will do:

 
 As an End Point Technology Lead, you will be responsible for leading the delivery and engineering of end user technologies across Windows and Mac platforms. You will ensure the provision of secure, stable, and high-performing services that enable colleagues and support the Bank’s modern workplace strategy.

Acting as a key link between strategy and execution, you will translate End User Computing (EUC) direction into effective operational delivery, driving continuous improvement across endpoint services and ensuring alignment with organisational and technology objectives.

Implement EUC strategy set by the EUC Manager, translating into clear roadmaps and delivery plans 

Line manage and develop Endpoint Administrator(s), setting objectives, supporting growth, and ensuring delivery standards 

Oversee endpoint management using Intune and Configuration Manager, including policies, applications, and updates
