Job Description


We are seeking an Application Engineer to support the design, configuration, and ongoing success of our mortgage technology stack. This role focuses on supporting Encompass LOS and related third-party integrations while partnering closely with end users, IT, and business teams.
You will manage work requests, troubleshoot system issues, contribute to solution design, and build resources that enable users to self-service common needs. This role plays a key part in identifying current-state challenges, documenting requirements, and implementing effective configurations within Encompass. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of their work.



This is a remote position reporting to the Director of Software Engineering. hrs/week (EST hours)
