Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Encompass Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize our Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS). The ideal candidate will serve as the subject matter expert for Encompass, ensuring the platform supports compliance, efficiency, and scalability across the mortgage lifecycle. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and an understanding of mortgage lending workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Encompass LOS, including user setup, role-based permissions, and system configurations.
• Create, test, and deploy Encompass forms, business rules, fields, and automation to streamline loan processing.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Ellie Mae (ICE Mortgage Technology) support as needed.
