Job Description:
Receive endorsement of new or additional dependents from Endorsement Monitoring System EMS Maxicare Check and validate received endorsement Escalate to Maxicare if there are issues concerning enrolment Responsible for the enrolment of new members in the system Responsible for the cancellation of members due to resignation termination or any other reason indicated in the request Responsible for the updating member information a change of plan b change of status c additional dependents d additional benefits Receive endorsement of accounts members for renewal Responsible for uploading the members in the system Create an embossing file Prepare a summary list Endorse enrolled updated accounts members to Fulfillment Billing team
Qualifications:
Computer Literate Fast Learner Well trained in MS Office most specially in spreadsheet or excel and Google Workspace
