Job Summary:
The Encoder is responsible for taking daily photos to document the construction progress of the World Bank project. The role ensures accurate, organized, and timely visual records of on-site activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take clear and accurate photos of construction activities every day
• Document different stages and areas of the construction site
• Organize and label photos by date, location, and activity
• Upload and encode photos into the designated system or database
• Ensure photos meet required quality and reporting standards
• Coordinate with site engineers or supervisors when needed
• Maintain confidentiality and follow project guidelines

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of photo documentation or data encoding
• Ability to use a camera or smartphone effectively
