About The Job
The key responsibility of this position is to handle administrative tasks in the People Solutions team.
What You Will Do
- Arranging physical copies of 201 files
- Scanning of 201 files
- Preparation of token items for release to employees
- Encoding details in trackers and/or in HR systems.
- Other adhoc tasks that may be assigned.
What You Should Have
- Proficient in Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Preferably with data analysis skill and Excel skill (Vlookup, Pivot Table, Macro) for high advantage.
- Accurate and detail conscious.
- Daily onsite (QC, Cubao - Office based).
