About The Job

The key responsibility of this position is to handle administrative tasks in the People Solutions team.

What You Will Do

  • Arranging physical copies of 201 files
  • Scanning of 201 files
  • Preparation of token items for release to employees
  • Encoding details in trackers and/or in HR systems.
  • Other adhoc tasks that may be assigned.

What You Should Have

  • Proficient in Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Preferably with data analysis skill and Excel skill (Vlookup, Pivot Table, Macro) for high advantage.
  • Accurate and detail conscious.
  • Daily onsite (QC, Cubao - Office based).
