• Capable of using Distributor's ERP Systems.
• This includes Order Management, Inventory Fullfillment, Billing, Purchase Orders, Customer Returns, Inventory Receipt, Saved Searches and Reports
• Understands the end to end process of Total Order Management
• Knows and understands how to execute different order acquisition methods.
• Knows and understands different shipment/delivery executions
• Proficient in handling and resolving errors that may encounter during order processing
• Able to communicate all product changes such as Price Change, Conversion, Discontinuance and Initiatives
• Able to collaborate and communicate relevant information to the sales team
• Ensures the proper stock rotation methods are being executed. ( SISO, FEFO, FIFO, PIPO)
• Performs daily data extractions from the systems and transform it into functional reports enabling faster decision making.
