Job Description

The Encoder is responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in company systems or databases. This role plays a key part in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timely processing of data used across various departments.

• Encode and verify accurate data from source documents into computer systems or databases
• Review, correct, and update information as needed to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data in a secure and professional manner
• Coordinate with other departments to gather missing or unclear data
• Generate simple reports and summaries as requested
• Organize and maintain physical and digital records for easy retrieval
• Meet daily/weekly encoding targets and deadlines
• Perform basic administrative tasks when required
