JOB SUMMARY

The Encoder is responsible for accurately encoding, verifying, and maintaining confidential data in the company's system. This role ensures the integrity and timeliness of every information, supporting all departments of the company in reporting, and record-keeping tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Encode and update company's data in to the system.
• Review and verify accuracy of supporting documents prior to encoding.
• Maintain organized digital and physical records of data.
• Ensure proper classification and coding of transactions based on company policies.
• Coordinate with other departments to collect and validate documents.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of records and data.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the President or Department Admins.
