JOB SUMMARY

The Encoder is responsible for accurately encoding, verifying, and maintaining confidential data in the company's system. This role ensures the integrity and timeliness of every information, supporting all departments of the company in reporting, and record-keeping tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Encode and update company's data in to the system.
• Experience working with ERP systems and Excel-based data management systems is required.
• Encode financial records, inventory data, and sales transactions accurately into company systems.
• Review and verify accuracy of supporting documents prior to encoding.
• Maintain organized digital and physical records of data.
• Ensure proper classification and coding of transactions based on company policies.
