JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Encoding Personal Data thru the system
  • Processing of HMO account of the customer
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Processing orders forms applications and requests
  • Keeping records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least College Graduate of any course
  • with or without experience
  • with experience as Data Encoder is an advantage
  • with strong personality and good communication skills
  • Must be knowledgeable in

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php695.00 per day
