The Opportunity


The Project Enablement Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting project teams and enhancing their capabilities through effective enablement initiatives. This role requires a blend of project management skills, training facilitation, and organizational development expertise to help teams achieve their goals and deliver successful outcomes.

Key Accountabilities:

• Monitor, resolve, and complete resources’ timesheets per schedules for invoicing
• Monitor and coordinate ongoing projects to ensure schedules and resources are met until projects get completed
• Manage the Forward Order Book (FOB) to accurately align remaining test days with project 
expectations.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of enablement initiatives, gathering feedback and making recommendations for improvement.
