The Opportunity

The Project Enablement Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting project teams and enhancingtheir capabilities through effective enablement initiatives. This role requires a blend of projectmanagement skills, training facilitation, and organizational development expertise to help teamsachieve their goals and deliver successful outcomes.

Key Accountabilities

  • Monitor, resolve, and complete resources’ timesheets per schedules for invoicing
  • Monitor and coordinate ongoing projects to ensure schedules and resources are met untilprojects get completed
  • Manage the Forward Order Book (FOB) to accurately align remaining test days with project expectations.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of enablement initiatives, gathering feedback andmaking recommendations for improvement.
