EMT Analyst (Google Workspace)

Job Summary

EMT Analyst provides operational support for Google Workspace, SMTP relays, and supported collaboration tools services for the organization’s environment. Participate in all aspects of operational support for relay infrastructure and collaboration tools. Complete patching and other maintenance for all relevant systems. The position requires a responsible, self-motivated, well-organized individual with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects while adapting quickly to rapidly changing priorities.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Work closely with vendors to resolve user and production issues
• Troubleshoot and maintain Google Workspace
• Participate in operational support and on-call for a large enterprise SMTP relay environment
