Empowering Teaching Assistant — Supportive Classrooms

Kettering Park Infant Academy in Kettering is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their progressive and supportive team. The role involves 30 hours per week and 2.5 hours per week as a midday supervisor, ensuring pupils receive the highest standards of care and education.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with teaching staff to create a safe and stimulating learning environment. This position offers professional development opportunities within a network of eleven primary schools, focusing on putting children first.

The role is fixed-term for one year, with a pro-rata salary based on 32.5 hours per week across 38 weeks annually, concluding on 31st August 2027.
