Jazz, in collaboration with LUMS, presents Empower: Developing Leaders an Executive Development Programme for leadership with Inclusivity. This programme aims to enhance leadership capacities, address barriers, and foster significant contributions to business strategy through improved collaboration and cross-industry networking.
PROGRAMME FOCUS AREAS:
Empower: Developing Leaders will be built upon the following key areas of focus:
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT:
Problem Solving: Leaders can find creative solutions to inclusivity issues both anticipated and unanticipated. These solutions can encourage team members to get involved in the problem-solving process helping them feel like contributors instead of bystanders.
Inclusive Leadership: Here, leaders can use their skills to build collaboration and empathy among employees who may rarely, if ever, share the same physical space.
