Required Skills & Qualifications
4–7 years of experience in Laboratory IT support or CDS administration.
Hands-on experience with Empower software administration.
Strong knowledge of chromatography systems and instrument integration.
Proven troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
Solid understanding of FDA regulations, Gx P compliance, and data integrity principles.
Experience working in regulated environments (Pharma / Life Sciences).
Ability to collaborate effectively with IT, QA, and laboratory stakeholders.
Exposure to vendor coordination and basic project management activities.
Experience in global deployments and multi-site support environments.
