Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of experience in Laboratory IT support or CDS administration .
  • Hands-on experience with Empower software administration .
  • Strong knowledge of chromatography systems and instrument integration.
  • Proven troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
  • Solid understanding of FDA regulations, GxP compliance, and data integrity principles .
