Employment Support Officer

The Role

Permanent full time position based in the Capalaba Sureway office with a requirement to travel and support employers across the region.

Assist clients in their workplace to deliver on the job support where required. Analyse the clients work to refine the delivery of tasks, sequences, quality, quantity and overall execution of duties.                                                                          

Create a communication conduit between the employer and the client to ensure the employers needs are met, and the client achieves long term employment goals.

Duties

• Support clients and employers at employer workplaces
• Manage clients with barriers to employment or people with disability on your caseload.
• Coach employers to accommodate specific needs of clients.
• Develop and maintain mutually agreed plans with clients.
• Maintain timely and accurate records
