About the Role

The Employment Project Officer will support unemployed and economically inactive individuals to improve wellbeing and overcome barriers to employment, education, and training. The post holder will provide person‑centred support and guidance, deliver employability support, develop action plans, and work closely with employers, training providers, and community organisations to help participants achieve positive outcomes.

Participant Support

• Manage a caseload of participants and provide one-to-one employment support.
• Complete initial assessments to identify individual needs, strengths, and barriers.
• Develop tailored action plans with clear goals and progression routes.
