REPORTS TO: Director of Grants & Assurance Management

Position Summary:
The Operation Stream Shield (OSS) Worksite Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the OSS program, and serves as the primary on-site point of contact throughout the workday for adults experiencing homelessness in Fairfax County Region 2. In partnership with Fairfax County Department of Public Works and Environmental Services (DPWES) and the Office to Prevent and End Homelessness (OPEH), FACETS recruits and trains participants from Bailey’s Community Shelter to engage in environmental stewardship activities.
