Employment Lifecycle Management Lead (Global Process Owner) is end-to-end accountable for the global employment lifecycle process, ensuring it is designed, implemented, and continuously improved to deliver efficiency, compliance, and positive employee experience. Employment lifecycle includes integrated processes (Hire-to-retire), such as Hire (excl. Recruitment), Onboarding and Exit.
