Westman Immigrant Services (WIS) is a non‑profit registered charity organization serving newcomers in the Western Manitoba region. With a vision of creating a generational impact for clients, our staff and our community. We liaise with community groups and organizations to work towards building capacity in our community for improving services to immigrants and refugees.

Overview

We are currently hiring for an Employment Facilitator. Working from the WIS offices in Brandon, an Employment Facilitator is responsible for assisting job‑seeking clients with their employment needs, including credential recognition and career planning support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing needs assessment to gather information on clients’ employment, skills, and education background
• Identify challenges and barriers to employment
