Duties And Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments and develop action plans: assess client needs, explore career goals, identify employment barriers, and create action plans to support long-term employment success.
• Provide individual and group counselling: support clients through one‑on‑one and group sessions to build confidence, workplace readiness, and other essential employment skills.
• Address barriers to employment: support clients in overcoming challenges by connecting them with resources, training, and other supports to help them achieve employment success.
