Job Description

This is a for a PT position in our Hinton office. The position is roughly Tuesday to Thursday 8:30-4:30pm. However you may also be requested to cover absences and vacations of other staff. There may also be additional hours based on special events.

  • Deliver an employment program working within a team environment that assists individuals to reach their employment goals.
  • Assist participants in developing a broad range of employment and life skills to participate successfully in the current and future labour force.
  • Facilitate training in resume writing, cover letters, interview skills, online application processes, confidence building, self-development and other important skill sets to help them succeed.
  • Able to direct market clients to employers.
  • Understands what it means to work with clients in a mattering approach.
