Job Description

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Strategy and planning: Define and execute China employer branding and recruitment marketing plans (annual/quarterly), aligned to corporate strategies and market needs; ensure global–local consistency with PR.
• EVP and content: Co-create layered EVPs and convert into reusable content kits; produce and govern multi-format stories and proof points with an editorial cadence and quality standards.
• Channels and campaigns: Operate and optimize key channels (WeChat, Video Account, Bilibili, LinkedIn, website, campus/industry events); run always-on and burst campaigns with TA to engage active/passive candidates and early talent.
• HR communication: Partner with HR COEs to build One HR Brand and promote HR services/products (, Rewards, My HR) with clear information architecture and creative execution.
