EMPLOYEES SERVICES SPECIALIST II (Ciudad Juarez, Planta Salvarcar)

Purpose: Responsible to assure compliance of benefits and services previously agreed with union committee in a timely manner and responsible to develop, organize, implement and manage internal and external employee and business-related events and activities such as social, cultural, sports, recognition, community, employee transportation, etc. to ensure consistency, a common approach and accurate and timely tracking and reporting.

You Will Be Responsible For

In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson procedures and guidelines, this position:
