As an Employee Relations Specialist in Logistics you will promote a fair, respectful, and inclusive workplace across Distribution Centres by managing employee relations, supporting engagement, and ensuring compliance with policies and company values.

People Management & Team Development

  • Support the full employee lifecycle by contributing to and coordinating key people processes, ensuring a consistent and positive experience aligned with company goals.
  • Partner with DC Management team to provide guidance on people matters and organizational development.
  • Drive employee engagement and foster a culture of inclusion and diversity through everyday HR processes and initiatives.
