Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with strong expertise in Employee Relations , capable of working autonomously in complex cases and supporting business leaders in demanding, high-impact environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance to managers on complex employee relations topics (e.g. performance management, restructuring, employee well-being, conflict resolution)
  • Lead or support sensitive cases in close collaboration with Legal and HR teams
  • Assess risks and support decision-making aligned with legal frameworks and company values
  • Act as a trusted business partner, influencing stakeholders in challenging and high-stakes situations
  • Identify trends and patterns, proactively advising on risk mitigation and best practices
