Job Summary and Purpose

  • The Employee Relations Officer has responsibility and accountability for all Employee Relations activity within QFAB. Which involves providing Employee Relations workforce intelligence, troubleshooting risk, operating as a change actor to assist with realigning responsibilities in the Company and promoting best practice.

  • Provide support to the Human Resources Manager in the operational and administrative tasks to resolve all matters related to Employee Relations in QFAB, by assisting in developing and implementing effective policies and procedures related to Employee Relations. As well as overseeing personnel administration tasks by providing guidance in the preparation and processing of personnel actions throughout the entire employment period, from hiring to the conclusion of service.
