THE ROLE:

AMD's Human Resources team is seeking an Employee Relations Manager -an insightful, adaptable, and technically proficient individual. This crucial role involves direct interactions with employees , managers, Country leaders , conducting complex investigations, managing performance-related cases, misconduct cases, providing strategic direction on ER matters to leaders, consulting managers on handling complex employee situations , interpreting the employment laws of the country. This role is responsible for significantly enhancing our HR systems and workflows.
