Job Description
We have an opportunity for anΒ Employee Relations Consultant, where you will play a key role in supporting employees and managers, resolving complex issues, and ensuring our policies meet local legal standards. You will be part of a team of five responsible for employee relations matters, liaising with HR Business Partners, employee representatives, and management to foster a respectful and productive work environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with the German policies and regulations, but will also be responsible for providing support across Europe. In this role, you will help foster a respectful and productive work environment by ensuring legal compliance, supporting the adoption and localisation of corporate HR policies, managing employee relations cases, working with employee representative bodies (such as unions and works councils), planning and supporting country restructuring, and participating in audits.
