About this role: 

As a member of the Employee Relations Team, you will provide high-quality, efficient, and timely service to all stakeholders on employee relation matters, including performance management, disciplinary matters, accommodations, dispute resolution, whistleblowing investigations, sickness management, and return to work coordination while ensuring the execution and enforcement of fair and consistent application of workplace policies and processes. 

You will manage and foster positive relationships between employees and the organisation, mediate disputes, conduct investigations, and guide both employees and management.
