The Opportunity

We’re seeking a mid‑level Employee Relations Partner to join the People & Culture team on a 6‑month contract, reporting to the Manager, Employee Relations. This role offers hands‑on involvement in workplace relations casework, advising stakeholders, and shaping best‑practice ER outcomes. There’s potential for the contract to be extended based on business needs.
