Employee relation executive

Collabera is looking for empathetic individuals with great interpersonal skills who can build relationships with their employees. The right person will thrive in an all hands on deck environment, love solving people and employment-related issues, and be able to pivot quickly. This role is all about developing the Employee Relations practices and people strategy in Collabera and developing deep subject matter expertise to address employment and employee relations issues more broadly.
