Responsibilities Develops and implements an employee and labor relations program which meets the needs of Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) Quantico and the intent of law and regulations. Provides training to management on program requirements, policies, and procedures. Manages grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations and leave administration.
