As an Employee Health Nurse, you will monitor treatment and rehabilitative progress and collaborate with insurers and healthcare providers to develop realistic and sustainable disability management plans.

How You’ll Support the Team

In this role, you will direct and participate in the development of return-to-work strategies, provide counselling to employees on health and wellness issues, and refer employees to appropriate resources.
